Urban&Civic PLC is the master developer responsible for transforming the former Rugby Radio Station into Houlton, a major new residential community in Rugby, Warwickshire. Owned by the Wellcome Trust, they lead the site assembly, planning, infrastructure, and community creation, including building schools and community spaces for the planned 6,200 homes.
