Gazebo Hire

We well as being able to provide Traditional Market Stalls, we can offer 3M x 3M Gazebos.

The Gazebos come in a Royal Blue & White colour and can be provided with sides, weights & tables. Gazebos can be joined together to create a much larger covered space. 

Traditional Market Stall Hire

Our Stall Hire service is available nationwide

With experience in logistics, stall holder support and more, we have everything to make your event run smoothly and successfully.

Traditional Market Stalls can be hired at 10ft in length by 4ft deep. These are set up usually joined in rows and can be erected very quickly. Market Stalls are ideal for events such as Farmers Markets, Craft Fairs, County Shows, Food Festivals and other Street Markets.

Our Traditional table type Market Stalls come with Royal Blue & White Canopy & Skirts.

These can also be provided with back sheets and new white LED festoon lighting.

Security & Stewarding

Security & stewarding plays an integral part of any successful event and it’s our responsibility to ensure that everything proceeds without interruption, allowing you to concentrate on the smooth running of your event.

We have an extensive range of experience in providing event security & stewarding. We pride themselves on the excellent relationships they have a number of event organisers across Warwickshire & West Midlands. Our security & stewarding team are fully equipped to deal with crowd control and evacuation. They are trained to work with the public in a courteous and helpful manner, acting with the up-most professionalism when faced with a particularly difficult situation.

Our security team carry SIA identication and both teams wear high visibility clothing, making them easily locatable. Alternatively, they are happy to supply you and your event with plain clothed officials to blend in with the public as required.

> Food & Drink Festivals, Car Shows, Folk Festivals, Music Events, Markets, Beer Festivals, Village Fetes, Street Parties, Car Boot Sales, Private Functions or any other Public event. 

Car Park Management

Managing the car park at any event is a key part to ensuring that the first and last impressions of your event are positive. we always ensure this is possible!

To help achieve the best service for your visitors, we spend time in planning layouts for traffic flow into and out of your event car park. 

As with all aspects of the business, we use a dedicated and experienced team of staff who regularly work together. All traffic stewards are issued with top specification high visibility jackets and most will carry a two-way radio. Several regular staff have also undergone training in first aid.

Traffic Management

We are trusted regularly to provide traffic management services including operators, signage & diversion routes for some of Warwickshire’s largest, high profile events. For over 3 years they have been providing affordable Traffic Management & Road Closure services to Event Organisers & Local Authorities.  

The team here at CJ’s Events Warwickshire Limited are always aware of the needs of the local community before, during and after an event, so always ensure ourTraffic Management plans minimise the impact to local residents & businesses but keeping in mind the safety of those attending the event. 

One of our Traffic Management Officers also attends a SAG (Safety Advisory Group) Meeting before the event to ensure the Local Authority and Emergency Services are happy with the plans that are in place.

Temporary Signage, Custom Signage, Lane Closures, Road Closures (including “rolling” Road Closures for parades carnivals etc), Diversion Routes, Experienced Traffic Management Staff & Stewards, Advance Warning Signs, Traffic Plans and Risk Assessments.
