At Libertine Burger the perfect burger patty isn't just about the cut of beef, it's about the blend. Made from grass-fed, 28-day dry-aged beef we use a bespoke blend of flank, chuck and brisket which is double ground, freshly seasoned then smashed to order on our grill.
