Creator of indulgent sweet treats. Creating a wide range of sweet treats including Brownies, Cookies, Cupcakes all filled with branded sweets and chocolate. I also create more traditional bakes including Victoria Sponges, Coffee & Walnut Cake and both Fruit and Plain Scones. In addition I am known to create treats that haven't been seen before, an example of this is Shortbread Lemon Meringue Cups.
