Response to Government's 4 Step Plan
Following the Prime Ministers announcement yesterday, Monday 22nd February, CJ's Events Warwickshire would like to confirm our Market & Event Response to the Government's steps announced.
Applications have come to a close for our Barton Marina, Warwick, Nuneaton & Kenilworth Food Festivals. The planning process of these events have changed from previous years and is the first time a closing date has been issued. CJ's Events Warwickshire who organise & manage these events have operated large scale events for many years and feel this new process is much fairer. Jamie Walker of CJ's Events Warwickshire said: 'With the new closing date it will allow our team to go through all the applications in much greater detail and pick who we feel will benefit the best. We aim to deliver high quality events and we need to ensure our traders reflect our aims.' He added: 'These some of our Food Festivals have become extremely popular and we look forward to continuing these for years to come. Unfortunately we have many amazing traders who won't be accepted based on the space available, but we encourage them to apply for the 2020 events when they open later this year.' Traders applications will now be reviewed over the coming days and will be notified of a decision by 31st January 2019. Southam Food Festival applications remain open.
