About Spirit of Birmingham Ltd
Birmingham's first whiskey distillery; and grain to glass producer. We use English heritage grain - grown on the Cotswolds & in Hampshire & traditionally floor malted in Warminster - in a mixed mash-bill, to create our dark beer & spirits. Our whiskey was launched July 2025 & while we wait for the next release, we have our pot still vodka and gin, which are proof that great ingredients, time & patience, give results to be proud of. Our spirit is a generous 43% ABV, rich & creamy on the palate and smooth to drink.
