About In for a Penne
My team and I are passionate about pasta, but pasta done properly. We make all of our sauces from scratch, nothing from a jar and no processed foods. We also use authentic ingredients, whilst trying to use as many British supplies as we can. Italian inspired with British pride in resources. We also work to be as sustainable as we can with minimal plastic used, food waste composted at our home and sustainable cleaning options. We can cater to all allergies and preferences and our gluten-free customers are so grateful for what we can do for them!
