About Fondre
Fondre, the French word for melt, is all about exceptional sourdough toasties (grilled cheese sandwiches). We have a variety of fillings, such as BBQ braised beef with smoked Cheddar and a corn salsa or a chilli & honey roasted beetroot with goats cheese. We take the humble toastie and elevate them to another level.
