About Scratch Cook BBQ

From our custom converted horse trailer, Scratch Cook BBQ cooks-up skewers of Lamb, Chicken, Paneer (V) and Mushroom (Ve) each marinated in their own Indian spices and freshly prepared over open fire on a Robata grill. All served in bowls of Saffron Rice, Crushed Sweetcorn 'Dal', Pickled Salad and Minted Yogurt sauce.

Everything is cooked from scratch. 100% gluten free and dairy free options too.

We only use the best quality ingredients with our Lamb and Chicken sourced from the Kings Butcher! – Aubrey Allen.

And if you can't manage a full bowl, we do small portions too!
