About irispottery
I am a local potter in Kenilworth. My pieces are mainly for domestic everyday use to make a kitchen or table beautiful or to adorn the living indoor space. I also make plant pots to accentuate the beauty of nature. Most of my pieces are thrown on the wheel. I create my own glazes to reflect natural phenomena like rain or the radiance of sunshine. The aim of my work is to link beauty with everyday use.
