Job description
Please note: This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving frequent heavy lifting. Applicants must be comfortable moving, loading and unloading equipment, as well as carrying out manual tasks for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. A good level of physical fitness is therefore essential.

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and energetic individual to join our Events Operations Team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team, and seeing events come to life, this could be the perfect role for you.
Hours of Work
- Typical working days are Friday afternoons, Saturday mornings and evenings, and Sunday mornings and evenings (hours vary week to week).

About the Role
You'll play a key role in setting up event infrastructure, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, physically active role that offers a great alternative to being stuck behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Erect and dismantle market stalls efficiently and safely
- Set out stalls in accordance with site plans
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment
- Help maintain clean, organised, and professional event sites
- Work closely with the wider operations team to deliver successful events

Requirements
- You must have access to your own transport, as you will need to travel either directly to local markets within Warwick District or to our Warwick-based office. For markets further afield, you can meet the team at the office and travel with them in a company vehicle.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Previous experience in a practical, outdoor, or labouring role
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
