About Pinnock Distillery
We at Pinnock Distillery, make our multiple IWSC and Great Taste award-winning Dry Gin (42%) using locally sourced Fosse-Way honey, quince and Cotswold lavender - everything is distilled in small batches from our cottage micro-distillery. We also make our very popular Great Taste award-winning Rhubarb and Strawberry Gin (40%), made with with rhubarb and strawberries from the fruit farm in Kineton and our delicious locally foraged Sloe, Damson & Honey Gin (30%), which recently won a Silver medal at IWSC 2020 and a Great Taste award.
