Our Pizzas are made from the finest Italian ingredients, some from Italy, some from local suppliers. The Pizzas are freshly hand spun and woodfired at a very high heat in our custom converted Van with Wood fired kitchen, blistering the dough, creating beautiful air pockets in the crust.
