About Samba Street Food
I'm originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil! I've been living in the UK for more than 20 years and it's amazing how the British embrace and welcome all cultures. I started cooking at the age of 14 and I believe my passion for cooking came from my struggle to survive poverty and now food is not only something that keeps me alive; it's art, entertainment and culture. I have a degree in fashion, but my passion for food goes beyond it. I have more than 11 years experience in the costume service, catering and hospitality. I will be selling traditional cold Brazilian Street food.
