I'm original from Rio de Janeiro, Brasil! I've been living in the UK for more than 20 years and It's amazing how British embrace and welcome the cultures. Started cook at the age of 14 and I believe my passion for cooking came from survive of the poverty and now food is not only something that keeps me alive, it's art, entertainment and culture. I have degree in fashion, but my passion for food is beyond it. I have more than 11 years experience in costumes service, catering and hospitality and I will be selling traditional hot and cold Brazilian food
