About Mydflower
We’re creating a new category we call “Wild Wine” sparkling wines made without grapes, using distinctive botanical and fruit ingredients instead. Our first two releases are: * Elderflower Sparkling Wine * Raspberry Sparkling Wine Both are made in Wales using the featured ingredient and Champagne yeast, creating something familiar enough to enjoy as a sparkling wine, but genuinely different from anything traditionally grape-based.
