We create authentic Spanish food, specialising in paellas, tapas, and artisanal desserts such as Basque cheesecake. All our dishes are handmade in small batches using fresh seasonal produce from trusted UK suppliers, complemented by high-quality Spanish ingredients sourced from ethical cooperatives. We cook everything from scratch in our certified kitchen or live on-site, bringing theatre and flavour to markets and events. Our menu includes meat, seafood, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options.
