About Pound for Pound

At Pound for Pound we produce smoked salmon processed in small batches to ensure that every stage of curing and smoking is carried out with the care needed to create a top quality finished product. Established in 2017 Pound for Pound is Northamptonshire’s only fish smokehouse. We use the traditional art of curing and smoking to create a heavenly tasting medium oak smoked salmon. As if that is not good enough, we use our smoked salmon to make a pate that is full of flavour with plenty of texture – enjoy with a slice of brown bread and butter and a twist of lemon!
